SMS Terms and Conditions
PROGRAM: 1Q, LLC (“1Q”) Notifications
FREQUENCY: Dependent on alert settings. Number & size of text messages can vary per user.
PRICING: Text & Data rates of Mobile Phone carrier/provider.
Please read these SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) carefully. By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of 1Q, you agree to these SMS Terms, as well as 1Q’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and can be viewed at 1Q.com.
MESSAGE FLOW
When selected into a marketing Askvert survey, 1Q LLC will send you a series of messages to fulfill the question-and-answer conversation. The survey can be skipped at any time using provided instructions or you may remove yourself completely from any further communications using the OPT-OUT instructions. The survey will transmit all instructions at the beginning of the SMS conversation.
MOBILE USER OPT-IN
You may opt-in by downloading the 1Q smart phone application from either the Apple store for IOS or the Google App store for Android. Complete the user registration at https://1q.com/members/register by entering your personal and household information and accept the 1Q user terms and conditions at https://site.1q.com/1q-terms-and-privacy. By opting into any 1Q text program, you expressly consent to receiving recurring text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone system, by or on behalf of 1Q, at the cell number you provide us. By voluntarily providing your cell phone number to 1Q, you consent to receive transactional, operational, or informational text messages at that phone number.
Once you remove the mobile application without selecting the delete account option, the SMS notification program will begin.
MOBILE USER OPT-OUT
You may discontinue text service at any time, by replying “STOP” to 86312 from your mobile device. After opting out, you will not receive any additional messages other than messages confirming that you have opted-out.
If you later decide to continue to participate in the program, you can reactivate your account by replying “START” from your mobile device.
MOBILE USER FEES
1Q’s Notifications program does not charge any users fees to send or receive text messages.
Message and data rates may apply from your applicable carrier, however. No purchase is necessary to participate.

To get help, reply “HELP” to any message you receive, or text “HELP” to 86312. You may also contact us via email at account_support@1q.com.
U.S. MOBILE CARRIERS SUPPORTED
Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint/Boost/Virgin, T-Mobile®, US Cellular, Carolina West, C-Spire (Cellsouth), Cellcom, nTelos, Google Voice, and the numerous ClearSky/Interop. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered message.
MOBILE WARRANTY
1Q will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with our SMS Gateway. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
CHANGES TO THE SMS TERMS
These SMS Terms may be updated by 1Q at any time without prior notice. By continuing to be enrolled in any 1Q text messaging program, or by providing your cell phone number to 1Q, you agree to any such change.
