When creating an issue, please be as descriptive and specific as possible.

• Is this a member or customer issue?
• What were you trying to do and what issue were you having?
• Where was the issue happening? (Askvert, Mobile App, Results Panel, Login, Spock, etc)
• What device/browser are you using? (Mac, Safari, Chrome, Iphone, etc)
• Any other information we can use to recreate and track down the bug?
